Job Centre Plus

The Children's Centre links closely with Job Centre Plus to support families with any financial information that they might require, guidance on returning to work, Family Tax Credits and other related information.

A free of charge telephone service direct to the Penzance Branch of Job Centre Plus is available in the foyer of Carn Thomas Children's Centre.

Parent Advisors from Job Centre Plus visit the islands twice a year and join the Family Support Worker in play sessions, meeting up with families and providing an array of information to participants.
