Public Access Computers

There are currently two sites where the public may use computers for Internet access at low cost. On St.Mary's they may be found at:

  • The Tourist Information Centre on Hugh Street (1);
  • The Library, Buzza Street, Porthcressa (2); and

The Tourist Information Centre is open from 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday through the winter and from Easter to the end of October the opening times are Mon to Sat - 0830 to 1800 and 0900 to 1200 on Sundays.

The Library opening hours are:

  • Tuesday 0930-1200 hrs & 15:30-18:00 hrs
  • Wednesday 0930-1200 hrs & 15:30-18:00 hrs
  • Thursday 0930-1200 hrs & 15:30-18:00 hrs
  • Friday CLOSED ALL DAY
  • Saturday 0930-1200 hrs
  • Sunday CLOSED ALL DAY

It is hoped that a third site at the Lifelong Learning Centre will be open in the spring of 2007
