The LIP is a strategy that has been requested by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to guide future housing investment on the islands. It is required to be a holistic view of housing, economic and social issues. This document sits along side that of Cornwall to reflect the economic and strategic partnership we have forged in current and future key investment projects.
