PROPOSAL F - MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT, TRESCO
The existing estate service area and other land at Abbey Farm, is allocated for an, appropriately balanced, mixed use development of holiday accommodation, local needs housing, service area and other facilities for residents and visitors. A development brief for the whole site will be agreed with the Local Planning Authority before any planning applications for individual plots are approved
69. This will facilitate the final significant phase of the Estate's development programme that also gives an opportunity for environmental enhancement to the area.
