List of Closing Dates and Planning Meetings for the year 2008

There is a minimum 28 day period between the closing date of applications and Planning Meetings. Unless all documentation is received by the Planning Department by the specified time including the correct fee, detailed plans and drawings, and supporting documentation as specified in the Validation Checklist, the application will not be registered and will be excluded from that meeting.

This rationale for the closing date for applications is to ensure that the statutory consultation period is met. No planning application will normally be considered at the next meeting if submitted after the closing date unless otherwise agreed with the Chief Planning Officer.

Dates in italics are for additional meetings to be held if needed.
