| Rodent Controller Visit | Please complete this form if you need a visit from the rodent controller to deal with problems you are having with rats or mice. Your name will be added to the list and you will receive a visit when the Rodent Controllers are next on the islands. | |
| Taking over the tenancy | Taking over the tenancy of a Council home from someone who is still alive: you can apply to take over the tenancy from someone who is moving out of the home - it could be an elderly relative who has moved to sheltered accommodation for example. The Council does not legally have to agree to your request - it depends on your circumstances and whether the property could be more suitable for another type of household (like a family for instance).
