Our aim is to provide you with a good service and we are continually looking at ways of improving it.
One way to help us is for you to complete the short job satisfaction slip at the bottom of the Property Repair Form that the Contractor or Direct Labour Forces will have when they attend to the repair. and return it to us. We welcome all comments, good or bad, and aim to investigate all reports of dissatisfaction with our service.
You can also give us a ring or write a letter if you wish.
We also check a certain amount of all repairs carried out. If it's something simple like fixing a leaking tap, we may ring you to check you're happy with the repair. If it's a bit more complicated we will arrange a time to call and check the repair.
