Things the council may charge for
- where you called us out to repair something that you installed
- If you called us out during the evening or weekend for a non-emergency item
- where we have to clear rubbish that you're responsible for
- where we have to remove items or rubbish you have left behind after moving
- If you lose your keys or leave them indoors and we have to gain entry for you
- where we have to put right things that you (or someone else you allowed) may have done wrong,
e.g. DIY work that is a Health and Safety hazard
