Tenants guide to housing repairs
When you become a Council of the Isles of Scilly tenant you enter into a legally binding contract between the council and yourself.
The terms of the contract are set out in your Tenancy Agreement.
As part of that agreement, the Council will carry out most of the repairs to the main structure of your home. However, there are certain items that you are responsible for.
