This section looks at each part of a property and identifies who is responsible for that item. There are some items that are the responsibility of the Council of the Isles of Scilly, which are shown as C.I.O.S., and some for tenants. In some cases repairs are carried out by the council for elderly and disabled people, which are normally the responsibility of our tenants, these items are clearly identified in the list below.

Glazing where caused by criminal damage and reported to the Police C.I.O.S.
Window ironmongery C.I.O.S.
Window vents C.I.O.S.
Doors
Outside doors, frames, other boards and thresholds strips C.I.O.S.
Outside door locks and ironmongery C.I.O.S.
