Assistant: Move Scilly Project Activator - up to 18.5 hours per week

The Council of the Isles of Scilly is recruiting for a new exciting post of 'Move Scilly' Project Activator. You will be contributing to the successful delivery of an exciting three year Sport England funded project called 'Move Scilly'. As part of this role you will be planning and delivering short 'kick start' programmes of activity and weekly swimming sessions. The main focus of this role will be to increase activity levels of all family members in a range of formal and informal settings (at Active Scilly facilities and in the community).

The successful postholder will work to establish and operate a reward-based activity tracking system, contribute to social media campaigns and project data management.

The ideal candidate will be someone with strong motivation and understanding of activities that promote healthy living and has experience of working with all ages of the community.
