Dog control consultation now open

As of Friday 29 April 2016 a public consultation commences, regarding the implementation of a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in relation to Dog Control on the Isles of Scilly. The PSPO intends to replace a number of out of date byelaws and introduce offences to create a more comprehensive and consistent approach when dealing with issues such as dog fouling, keeping dogs on leads in designated areas and excluding dogs from designated areas.

The deadline for responses to this consultation is 4:30pm on Friday 10 June 2016.
