[UPDATE] Unfortunately, Sky Gardens Ltd were unable to replace the green roof at the Schiller Shelter last week because the sedum was damaged during transit to the islands. They have apologised for the delay and hope to be back on the islands in the coming weeks to lay a new undamaged sedum roof.

Please note that the Schiller Shelter public toilets will be closed from today to enable repairs to the roof to take place. They are scheduled to re-open on Saturday 3 October.
We ask residents to please avoid parking in front of the toilets at the Schiller Shelter whilst the work is carried out to enable the contractors to complete the repairs as quickly as possible.
The closure will allow the contractor, Sky Gardens Ltd, to replace the green roof, which suffered sand damage during the storms in 2014. The company will also carry out repairs to the roof on the Register Office.
