Isles of Scilly Local Offer

Isles of Scilly Local Offer can be found at Local Offer Scilly and has been developed in partnership with parents, young people and other service providers in the community.

The Local Offer is a key component of the Government’s Children and Families Act (2014) which requires local authorities to publish information on services and provision across education, health and social care for children and young people aged 0 – 25, and in particular for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

If you wish to contact the Children and Family Services team, you can call us during office hours on 01720 424490 or email

Please follow the links on the left for information on the Local Offer.

Transitional arrangements for children and young people with a statement of SEN can be found here.

If you are unable to access the Local Offer electronically please visit the One Stop Shop of the Council of the Isles of Scilly. They will be able to make arrangements for you to receive a hard copy of the Local Offer.
