The archives hold Council and committee minutes and reports going back to the foundation of the Council in 1891.
A listing of the record books may be found in this Catalogue.
The archives also hold a complete set of electoral registers from 1986 onwards.
Visitors are welcome to consult the archives by appointment at the Old Wesleyan Chapel.

Exempt report books are not available for public inspection until 20 years after the date of their final record.
