Feel Good Walk - 10-11.30am COMMUNTY EVENT, EVERYONE WELCOME. Meet outside The Church Pavilion for a gentle walk together. Bringing families and our community together.

Family Fitness Club - 10-11.15am meet at Carreg Dhu Gardens, bring along a mat/picnic blanket and a drink

Health Stay and Play - 9.30-12 noon in the Klondike Room at the Carn Gwaval Health and Wellbeing Centre, St Mary's. The Health Visiting Team will be available between 11am-12 noon for anyone wishing to access health support and advice. No need to book!

At Stay and Play from 10-12 Learn about this fun approach to being with your baby and toddler-

Helpful in a lots of easy to do ways- Watch Me Play! is a simple method for supporting babies, young children and their parents; promoting child-led play, thinking about the importance and value of individual attention from adults, and talking with children about their play, to enhance relationships and create a better understanding of each child’s strengths and needs.
These sessions will introduce the Watch Me Play! approach – summarising the method, exploring how to have a go, and thinking about some of the ideas behind it- we hope it will be fun and helpful for you. Come along to watch and play.

Dentist Visit Play Session – 10.30am Visit to the Dentist, meet us in the Waiting Room for activities and play, followed by a visit to the Dentist to build familiarity and confidence for future dental visits.

Tresco and Bryher Play Session – morning play event for Tresco and Bryher families in Jasmine’s Garden
