The Council of the Isles of Scilly is seeking an experienced and compassionate Operational Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential, domiciliary and community care services across our unique island community.
This is a pivotal leadership role within Adult Social Care, combining operational management, regulatory accountability and service improvement. As the Registered Manager for the Council's care services, you will lead dedicated teams to provide safe, person-centred support that enables people to live with dignity, independence and choice.
Working closely with the Head of Adult Social Care and health partners, you will help shape and develop integrated services that respond to the needs of one of England's most distinctive communities.
