This downtime is because Cornwall Council are carrying out essential upgrades to infrastructure which will impact on some of our IT and phone systems.
Emergency out-of-hours mobile numbers (including the COVID-19 testing number) will not be affected. If you have a genuinely urgent issue and need a response from the council in this time, you can contact us on: 07584 238 510. In the event that your call is not answered initially, you should leave a voicemail message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
