The Council has received additional emergency planning support from the military to assist with its response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Leanne Miller and Robert Crewdson will be joining the Council's existing team to provide additional capacity and resilience.
This support follows the Council's declaration of a major incident on Monday evening.
