It is now possible to make online payments for the following council bills:
- Council Tax
- Non-domestic rates (also known as business rates)
- Housing Benefit overpayments
- Sundry debts (where a payment has been missed and must be paid to the council at a later date)

Most major credit or debit cards are accepted (not Diners Card or American Express). All online card payments are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), as recommended by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council and are directly processed using the Pay360 by Capita service.
If you experience any problems when trying to make an online payment, please call the relevant number on the bill you are trying to pay.
Our current payment options also remain in place and you can continue to pay the above bills and make other payments over the phone or via our customer hubs at the library and Carn Gwaval (Sports Hall).
