We're working to resolve a fault with our computer and phone systems at the Library and Register Office on St Mary's. Please see below for information about how services will be affected until we confirm that the issue has been resolved.
Register Office services
We have no access to IT or phone services at the Register Office, so unless your query is urgent, please await confirmation that the issue has been resolved before attempting to contact the service or access the building. If you urgently need to access services which are only normally available at the Register Office, please call 0300 1234 105 (Option 7) and explain what it is you need to do. Our Enquiries Team will be able to advise.
Other Council payments and bookings
Customers can still make any of the payments and bookings they would usually make at the Library by calling 0300 1234 105 (Option 7) or visiting the Wellbeing Centre reception point at Carn Gwaval until the problem is fixed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will issue an update as soon as we are able to return to normal service.
