We’re pleased to confirm that, following a successful move from Park House to Islands View Residential Care Home this week, our residents and staff are now focused on settling into their new surroundings and ways of working.
We have set out below some details we would like the community to remember when interacting with our services under this new integrated model of care – including a new phone number for the care home.
Islands View Contact Details
Now that we’ve moved to Islands View, there are no members of staff or services based in the Park House building. All correspondence and deliveries should now be directed to Islands View at:

As of 4pm this evening (Thursday, 24 July 2026), anyone wishing to contact someone at Islands View will need to call the number below:
Islands View telephone number: 01720 424409
You must dial the full number, including the area code, even when calling from the islands. The number above replaces any numbers previously held for Park House.
Out-of-hours calls
Calls to the number above will be answered and directed by a member of front desk staff during working hours (8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday).
From 5pm until 8.30am, Monday to Friday, and at all times on weekends and public holidays, calls to the number above will be forwarded to whichever members of the care team are on shift, meaning you can contact someone at Islands View 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Parking arrangements for the Isles of Scilly Health and Care Partnership
Whether using the entrance at Islands View or the Isles of Scilly Hospital, all staff and visitors to the Isles of Scilly Health and Care Partnership are asked to park in the car park next to Buzza Tower. This is to avoid causing congestion in front of the building, where emergency vehicles need continuous and urgent access.
If you have mobility issues and are concerned about managing the walk from the car park to either entrance, please call ahead, using the numbers below, to discuss your options.

Alternatively, you may wish to use the Buzza Bus service to assist with access to the building.
