Under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005 the Council of the Isles of Scilly is designated as the local 'Licensing Authority'.
We issue licences and permits in accordance with those powers, and our policies for doing so are set by our councillors. Our policies feature on the right hand side of the page where appropriate.
