Isles of Scilly Airport

The Airport on St Mary's is operated by the Council of the Isles of Scilly and is available for use by the travelling and general public as well as private pilots.

All terminal facilities are at ground level and ramps provide easy access to all public areas, including wheelchair accessible toilet. Wheelchairs are available on request as is any assistance that may be required both in the airside and non airside environment.

The airport has a superb café with panoramic views across the harbour and the islands.

The Airport is designated the 10th busiest regional airport in the UK. The airport also transports large amount of freight, for example for the flower industry. In 2014 we handled a total of 8,592 scheduled aircraft movements resulting in 90,944 passengers passing through our terminal.

Currently there is one airline operating from St Mary's Airport: Skybus fixed wing air service (contracted through the Isles of Scilly Steamship Group) flying from Lands End, Newquay, and Exeter.

St Mary's Airport is also the administration centre for the islands' Fire and Rescue Service.
