The Council has a duty to maintain a public register of licenced houses in multiple occupation (HMO's).
The register is in PDF format and will require you to zoom in once opened.
This register is required under the Housing Act 2004 Part ll and shows all HMO's in the Council of the Isles of Scilly area that are currently licenced.
