Planned payment system outage: 12 July – 16 July 2024

UPDATE (17/07/2024 at 11.50am): All payment systems are back up and running.


UPDATE (16/07/2024 at 16.30): we've been made aware that issues are being experienced with the payment system following the upgrade. This means that the payment systems will be unavailable until further notice. We will issue an update when the problems have been resolved. Please get in touch using the details below if you are concerned about making a payment in the meantime. Online payments remain unaffected.


Our payment systems are being upgraded at the end of this week, meaning that from 5pm on Friday 12 July until 9am on Tuesday 16 July 2024, customers won’t be able to make payments over the phone, or via the front desks at St Mary’s Library, Carn Gwaval Wellbeing Centre or Normandy Swimming Pool. Services which can be paid for online will still be able to take online payments.

If you need to buy extra commercial waste sacks or make any telephone or in-person payments for Council services before the outage, please make sure you do so by the close of play on Thursday.
