Proposal: To demolish and replace the existing ground floor extension, the addition of a first floor dormer with Juliet balcony, and internal alterations (AMENDED PLANS).
Amendments:
- 45 degree line added to the proposed site plan and first floor plan.
- Project title amended to omit roof terrace reference.
- Roof terrace on all drawings removed and parapets amended accordingly, including the discharge of the surface water from the roof.
- 300mm Juliet balcony added.
- The 2.7m bi-fold doors to the dormer are now 2 x 900mm sliding + sidelights and have been moved to now sit centre on the dormer.
- Roof lantern added, centred to the width of the kitchen and the dormer doors above.
