Planning application: P/25/075/HH

Proposal: To demolish and replace the existing ground floor extension, the addition of a first floor dormer with Juliet balcony, and internal alterations (AMENDED PLANS).

Amendments:

  • 45 degree line added to the proposed site plan and first floor plan.
  • Project title amended to omit roof terrace reference.
  • Roof terrace on all drawings removed and parapets amended accordingly, including the discharge of the surface water from the roof.
  • 300mm Juliet balcony added.
  • The 2.7m bi-fold doors to the dormer are now 2 x 900mm sliding + sidelights and have been moved to now sit centre on the dormer.
  • Roof lantern added, centred to the width of the kitchen and the dormer doors above.
