Please see below the forms and applications for the Housing Department. These have all been updated as of 1st April 2020. Once completed please send off to housing@scilly.gov.uk or by post to Housing, Council of the Isles of Scilly, Town Hall, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly, TR210LW. If you would like to request a physical document to be sent out please contact us directly. 

 

Housing Application Form (Electronic) The form should be completed by anyone who would like to apply to join the Isles of Scilly Social Housing Register. 
Housing Application Form (Printable) The form should be completed by anyone who would like to apply to join the Isles of Scilly Social Housing Register. 
Homelessness Application Form This form should be completed by anyone who is currently facing homelessness on the Isles of Scilly
Housing Transfer Form This form should be completed by tenants wishing to be placed on the housing transfer list. This is only for current Council of the Isles of Scilly tenants or tenants of Livewest, Cornwall Rural, and Hanover that reside on the Isles of Scilly 
Housing Alteration Request Form This form is for Council tenants wishing to make any alterations to their property
Adding Occupant Form This form is for Council tenants wishing to add another occupant onto their tenancy
Request for Joint Tenancy Form This form is for Council tenants wishing to change their tenancy type into a joint tenancy
Repair Request Form This form is for Council tenants wishing to report a maintance and repair issue at their property
Notice of terminating tenancy This form is for any Council tenants that is wishing to terminate their tenancy. Please keep in mind that we require a minimum of four weeks notice.
